A clear direction since 2014.
Routemere began in Lübeck in 2014 with a simple belief: good transport takes more than a vehicle. It takes people who listen, plan carefully and take responsibility.
That idea has grown into a company with 84 vehicles and connections across 14 countries. Our home remains northern Germany, close to the Baltic Sea and open to the north and east.
Our headquarters brings together the people who make those connections happen every day. Routes are planned, questions answered and decisions made here, with calm focus on what comes next.
